A serial number on the electric heaters is a 9-digit number that you can find from the type label or inside the electrical housing. Please be aware that if you need to open the heater's electrical housing, it needs to be done by a professional electrician.
Control units & control panels
On the control units and control panels, a serial number is a 10-digit number that you can find on the side of the power units, and in control panels, the serial number is inside the control panel.
Wood burning heaters
You can find the serial number of your wood burning heater from the package. You can contact our support if you don't find the serial number of your heater. In this case, you can leave the serial number field blank on the contact form.
